Rogers regarding the acquisition and use of lands in Georgia and Oklahoma Territory, including a mining lease (1896) for land in Georgia; a deed of conveyance (1907) for land in Gotebo, Oklahoma Territory; a homesteading certificate (1904) issued by Governor Frank Frantz and signed by President Theodore Roosevelt; and mortgage contracts (1920–1921). Also included is a grazing lease (1907) issued by Governor Frantz, which specifies the conditions under which school lands could be used.
