U.S. Congressman. A 20” x 30 ½” amateur watercolor painting by Wilburta Cartwright (1928–2012), who was the daughter of a U.S. Representative from Oklahoma, Wilburn Cartwright. The painting depicts two wagons against a group of trees, and was most likely created during her youth.
