Professional organization. A publication (1946) of the Pottawatomie County (Oklahoma) Medical Society, entitled The Bulletin, along with a scrapbook belonging to the women’s auxiliary of the society and containing the history of the auxiliary, which claimed to be the first women’s auxiliary of a county medical society in the United States. The scrapbook also contains a copy of the first book of minutes and proceedings (1907) of the auxiliary, reflecting its preparations to host the first convention of the Oklahoma State Medical Association in 1907.
