University dean. A letter (1917) from University of Oklahoma’s dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, J. S. Buchanan, regarding the terms under which Cordell Christian College students could be admitted to the University of Oklahoma. The collection also includes Sears’ bachelor’s degree diploma (1919) from the University of Oklahoma. Sears later became dean and chairman of the department of English at Harding University.
